Return and Refund Policy
1 Standard product.
At Estudio POM we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer the following options to manage returns:
1. We do not issue refunds in cash or to the original form of payment. Instead, we issue a ticket or voucher with the value of the purchase for future purchases at Estudio POM within 3 months.
This type of refund is only valid in the following cases:
- Size change.
- I do not like the way the product looks.
- I don't like the color.
- Any other reason not related to a defect or damage to the product.
The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the customer. If the product is damaged or defective, please refer to point [2] about defective products.
Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days of receipt of the order.
How to make a return?
To manage the return, you must go to the Contact Form section on our website and complete the form with the following information:
- Full name.
- Order number.
- Reason for return.
- Product you wish to return.
Once we receive the form, we will contact you to indicate the next steps.
2. Return for defective or damaged product in shipment.
If the product received is defective or damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 3 business days of receipt of the order.
How to manage the return of a defective product?
Go to the "Contact Form" section of our website.

- Description of the defect or damage.
- Attach clear photographs of the defect and product packaging.
Once we receive the form, we will evaluate the incident and give you an answer as soon as possible.
If we confirm the defect or damage, we will replace the item at no additional cost within 15 days.
General conditions:
- The return of the product will only be accepted if it can be demonstrated that it presents a manufacturing defect. We understand as factory defect those damages that include broken or damaged parts. Please note that our products are handcrafted and handmade, so small imperfections are a natural part of their creation process and are not considered defects.
- The product must be returned in its original condition and in the packaging in which it was received.
- Return shipping costs will be covered only if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the shipping cost will be paid by the same method of payment.
3. Return of customized products due to damage
Customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in case of manufacturing defect or damage during shipping. If there is a problem with your customized order, you must contact us within 3 business days of receipt of the product.
How to manage the return of a damaged customized product?

Shipping and Delivery Policies - Premium Package (Correos)
At ESTUDIO POM, we work with Correos through its Premium Package service, to guarantee fast, safe and traceable deliveries at all times.
🚚 Shipping Type: Premium Package (Post Office)
- Delivery in 24-48 working hours nationwide (Peninsula).
- Delivery Monday through Friday (no deliveries on weekends or holidays).
- Includes tracking number to check shipment status in real time.
- Up to two home delivery attempts. If undeliverable, the package will remain available at the nearest post office for 15 days.
📍 Shipping Zones
- Shipping available within mainland Spain.
- For shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, please check availability and special conditions.
💸 Shipping Cost
- The shipping cost is calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the weight and destination of the package.
📅 Preparation Times
- Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after confirmation of payment.
- You will receive an email notification with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.

- Be sure to provide a correct and complete delivery address to avoid delays.
- If you are unable to receive the package, you can manage it from the Correos app or website with the tracking number.
